Financial Relief Navigator winding down on March 19, 2022

15 February 2022
Now that the Benefits wayfinder has launched and many pandemic supports have ended, we will be winding down the Financial Relief Navigator and have transitioned the content over to this new, helpful tool. As of January 19, 2022, the Financial Relief Navigator is no longer receiving updates or maintenance. This means that some of the information may be outdated or no longer relevant. This tool will no longer be available to access after March 19, 2022.

Going forward, you can use the Benefits wayfinder, available in both English and French, to help your clients find government benefits that they are eligible for, but not receiving. The Benefits wayfinder includes all provincial, federal, and territorial income-boosting and expense-reducing benefits, as well as COVID-19 related resources such as the Canada Worker Lockdown Benefit.

Since May 1, 2020, over 91,000 Canadians have accessed the Financial Relief Navigator to find benefits and income supports related to the COVID-19 pandemic. This could not have been possible without all of your support, feedback, and enthusiasm in spreading the word, as well as our funders and supporters.
