Prosper Canada welcomes PayPal
24 March 2021
We are excited to welcome PayPal as our most recent supporter. PayPal’s donation will support Prosper Canada's COVID-19 Relief and Recovery Plan to scale financial services that will help struggling Canadians to access emergency benefits, build a budget, and make a financial recovery plan.
“According to Statistics Canada in the past year, more than one million workers in our country have found themselves without a job or had their work drastically reduced. At PayPal, we believe everyone deserves an equal opportunity to succeed. That’s why we are proud to support an organization like Prosper Canada in their mission to financially empower Canadians who are struggling to make ends meet.”
Nicole Watts, PayPal Canada’s head of government relations.
