Free financial literacy facilitator training workshop - Saskatoon

Do you work for a not-for-profit organization that serves Newcomers to Canada? Would you like to offer them financial literacy education?
Prosper Canada and READ Saskatoon invite you to join us for a two-day financial literacy facilitator training workshop!
When
:
Thursday September 15th and Friday September 16th from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (CST)
Where

READ Saskatoon’s New Office
What
:
An interactive two-day workshop that prepares frontline staff to deliver an easy-to use curriculum that covers a range of financial topics.*
Cost
:
Free! We only ask that you deliver the curriculum within six months of receiving the training to at least 15 newcomer Canadians.
This training is generously funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
* Each facilitator trained is provided with a facilitation guide, participant handouts and a PowerPoint presentation. The facilitator training multi-module curriculum covers the following topics:
Exploring Your Relationship with Money
Income & Tax
Budgeting
Banking
Savings
Credit
Credit Reporting
Debt
Consumerism
