A Benefit without Barriers
21 June 2023
Principles and Recommendations for Canada Disability Benefit Administration
Prosper Canada and March of Dimes Canada have come together to co-create principles and recommendations to ensure the design and implementation of the new Canada Disability Benefit (CDB) is as barrier-free as possible and optimizes take-up by all eligible people with disabilities.
This new report provides feedback about many challenges people with disabilities face when accessing existing government programs, benefits, and services and gives advice to the federal government as they design the Canada Disability Benefit.
