John Capozzolo is the Senior Vice President, Direct Channels, TD Bank Group where he leads TD's North American Phone Channel and ATM businesses. He oversees a diverse cross-bank team of over 8,000 employees from TD Insurance, TD Wealth, TD Canada Trust and TD Bank. John gives back through involvement in the Toronto Food Bank and as an Advisor to the TD Group Bank United Way Cabinet. John holds a BA, Economics from York University and an MBA from Queens University.

Koker Christensen, Chair, Governance Committee
Partner, Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP
Koker Christensen is a partner with Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP and is Co-Leader of the Firm’s Financial Institutions Group. His practice focuses on advising banks, insurers and other financial service providers on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and a wide variety of corporate and regulatory matters. Koker holds a BA from Simon Fraser University and a JD from the University of Toronto.
Graeme Deans
Partner, Ernst & Young LLP
Graeme Deans is a Partner with Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Services and leads the Firm’s Operational Transaction Services practice across Canada.  He has over 30 years of management consulting experience, with expertise is business strategy, mergers & acquisitions, organization design and corporate governance.  Graeme is also a part-time lecturer at York University’s Schulich School of Business in the areas of business strategy, international business and economics.  Graeme holds a BSc (Honours) in chemical engineering from Queen’s University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
 

Pat Dunwoody

Pat Dunwoody is the Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Strategicly Minded Inc. Pat Dunwoody is the Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Strategicly Minded Inc. Pat has over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry with the last 25 in executive positions. The majority of her career was spent at mutual fund management companies, including AGF, Fidelity and Trimark. Throughout the years, she has been an active member of key industry committees at IFIC, FundSERV, and the CCMA. Pat is also on the Boards of two other organizations:  Applaud and Elder Abuse Prevention of Ontario.
 

Allyn Eger
Financial Management Consultant

Allyn is a proud Cree woman from Treaty 6 territory. She has spent the last 5 years of her young career focusing on tackling the financial management challenges facing many Indigenous groups and working alongside various communities to provide support with financial management, governance and strategy. 

As a graduate from the University of Saskatchewan, she holds both a Master’s of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Commerce degree. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant in Saskatchewan, having practised in both public firms and a variety of industries. She has also completed the requirements for the Certified Aboriginal Financial Manager designation through AFOA Canada. 

She is an avid volunteer, currently serving on the CPA Assist Board of Directors (the mental health program for CPA’s in Alberta & Saskatchewan) and she sits on her home community of Ahtahkakoop Cree Nation’s Finance & Audit Committee. She provides coaching and mentorship to a number of aspiring CPA’s through the CPA Western School of Business and their Indigenous Learner’s program.
Camille Gooden
Government Relations Consultant
Camille has a background in law, public policy, and government relations.  She has practiced at the Bar in Jamaica and in Ontario and has worked with the Ontario provincial government. During almost a decade at Queen’s Park, she honed her skills in public policy development, stakeholder and government relations, and regulatory affairs. 

As a former Chief of Staff and Senior Policy Advisor to various Ontario cabinet ministers, Camille has a wealth of experience in issues relating to consumer protection, affordable housing, and poverty reduction. She is also an avid volunteer and has been a member of various Citizen Advisory Committees in the Town of Ajax. 

A graduate of the University of the West Indies (Faculty of Law), she also holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Durham College and in 2019 completed the Wharton Advanced Management Program at the University of Pennsylvania. 
SM Leduc
National Government Relations Advisor, Canadian Mental Health Association
SM Leduc  is a non-partisan government relations professional. Her interests lie at the intersection of federalism and socio-economic public policy, with experience in both the federal civil service and the non-profit sector, where she seeks to untangle jurisdictional divisions that impede successful poverty reduction efforts. Currently working in the mental health and addictions sector, her past roles include advocacy at the Canadian Housing and Renewal Association, where she worked on advocacy strategies and coalition campaigns resulting in the federal government making historic investments in community housing, undertaking initiatives to address chronic homelessness, and enshrining the right to housing as a human right through the National Housing Strategy Act (2019).
Scott MacKenzie
CEO, Fidelity Clearing Canada ULC
Scott MacKenzie is the Chief Executive Officer of Fidelity Clearing Canada.  Scott has been with Fidelity Clearing Canada since 2011, when he was brought on as the Senior Vice President, Business Development, with responsibility for Sales, Relationship Management, Platform Strategy and Marketing. Over his career Scott has lived and worked in Canada and the US contributing to the growth of public and private companies. Scott graduated with honours from Queen's University and holds the Partners, Directors and Senior Officers (PDO) designation and successfully completed the Canadian Securities Institute Conduct and Practices Handbook course.
Courtney Mo
Director of Community Impact, Momentum
Courtney Mo has spent the past decade advancing financial empowerment and poverty reduction as a program manager, policy researcher, and advocate engaging with all orders of government. Courtney has a B.A. of Psychology and History, as well as an M.A. of Education. She is the Director of Community Impact at Momentum, a Calgary-based social enterprise focusing on systemic and root causes of poverty and offering a wide variety of income and asset building programs for people living on low incomes. She is passionate about collaborative social policy development; most recently on the issues of payday lending, children’s education savings, financial coaching, income support and basic income policies.  
Mladen Raikovic
Head of Canada, Global Partnerships, Google
Mladen leads Google Canada’s Global Partnerships team managing relationships with Canada's largest companies to drive innovation and revenue partnerships. He focuses on helping companies build digital innovation and new revenue models into their operations and businesses. Mladen has 20 years of leadership experience in technology and digital advertising as a successful entrepreneur (exiting his first start up), incubating new digital businesses within large traditional companies, and scaling startups.  Mladen has led diverse business functions, including sales and business development, product development, strategy and operations. He has held several key board positions and was President of The Toronto Advertising Club.  He has led various committees on behalf of the Interactive Advertising Bureau. Today, he sits on the boards of The Parkdale Centre for Innovation and The Canadian Comedy Hall of Fame.
Carmelina Riccio, Chair, Internal Affairs/Audit Committee

Recently retired Senior Finance Manager - Global Project Performance Management, Royal Dutch Shell, Carmelina Riccio has worked in the oil and gas industry for Shell for over three decades in a variety of Finance leadership roles. Most recently, her focus has been on the assessment and execution of major capital investments in Liquefied Natural Gas, Shales and Heavy Oil in the Americas and globally. Carmelina has a BComm and is a CPA. She is currently on the Board of World Heart Caregivers and of ABC Life Literacy, where she is Chair of the Finance Committee. She just completed a term on the CPA Energy Advisory Board where she led a team in assessing the impact of the energy transition. 
Sherri Torjman
Social Policy Consultant, Sherri Torjman Associates
Currently a social policy consultant, from 1992 to 2017 Sherri was Vice-President of the Caledon Institute of Social Policy, one of Canada’s leading social policy think tanks. In this role, she helped to propose and design the Canada Child Benefit and other income security and tax measures. From 2018 to 2022, Sherri served as the Vice-Chair of the Disability Advisory Committee reporting to the Minister of National Revenue. She Co-Chaired the Technical Advisory Committee on Tax Measures for Persons with Disabilities in 2004-05, reporting to the Minister of Finance and Minister of National Revenue.

In 1987, Sherri wrote Welfare in Canada, developing the methodology still used today for calculating social assistance incomes across Canada. Sherri has worked for the House of Commons Committee on the Disabled and written four books on disability policy for the Roeher Institute. She was a founding partner of the Vibrant Communities initiative focused on local solutions to reducing poverty. For the policy work Sherri has dedicated herself to she has been awarded the 2017 Senate 150 Anniversary Medal, the 2012 Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal,  the 2011 Champion of Human Services Award from the Ontario Municipal Social Services Association and the 2010 Top 25 Canadians Award from the Canadian Association of Retired Persons.
Anukul Sharma
Chief Financial Officer, Futurpreneur
Anukul is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in steering operations, finance, and administration. He has a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving long-term strategic value for all stakeholders.

Currently, Anukul serves as the CFO of Futurpreneur. In this role, he oversees finance, loan portfolio administration, data governance & insights, and real estate functions. He has been instrumental in transforming Futurpreneur’s financial stability and operational efficiency, significantly enhancing support for young entrepreneurs and the pan-Canadian team. Before joining Futurpreneur, Anukul was the Chief Financial Officer for a global education company, where he led teams across multiple continents, including North America, Europe, and Asia.

Anukul is passionate about advancing financial literacy and has supported many individuals and organizations in this endeavor. He holds an Ontario Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation and earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Panjab University in India.

In his free time, he loves to play tennis and go for long walks, preferably near water—because who doesn't love a good lakeside view?
