Access to support for the disability community

Prosper Canada works alongside disability communities and front-line agencies to make the financial system easier to understand and use for people with disabilities. A core focus has been improving access to income supports and benefits, recognizing that many eligible people are still missing out on critical financial assistance.

Beyond tools, Prosper Canada supports a growing network of practitioners who work directly with people with disabilities. Through webinars, guides, and communities of practice, they share research, service design lessons, and front-line strategies for delivering benefits navigation and financial help in accessible, inclusive ways. This combination of research, technology, and community partnerships is aimed at one goal: making sure people with disabilities can access the income and supports they are entitled to, and build greater financial stability and control in their lives.
